Today i am gonna tell you how you can make colour full fish pita.

So let's start.......

Ingredients :
For stuffing -
grated potatoes (2 medium size)
black cumin 1 tsp
cooking oil 3 tbap
chopped onion
chopped green chili
chopped fresh coriander leaves
sea salt to taste

For Dough -
all purpose flour 2.1/2 cups
black cumin 1 tsp
sea salt to taste
cooking oil 2 tbsp
normal water 1/2 cup

others ---
One EGG
cooking oil for fry
