Vermicelli Dough | How to make lachcha shemai dough by FOOD BUZZ


Vermicelli (Italian:"little worms") is a traditional type of pasta round in section similar to spaghetti.In Italy vermicelli is slightly thicker than spaghetti, but in the United States Vermicelli/Laccha semai is instead slightly thinner....
...But in the South Asia vermicelli / llaccha shemai, is like threads..... which called laccha semai......

All purpose flour 3 cups
water 1/2 cup
clarified butter/ dalfa/criso 1 cup
cornflour 1/4 cup
oil for fry
